While the hotel was generally clean and the staff were friendly and polite, our overall experience was disappointing due to several significant issues. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The bathroom was quite outdated, the shower was visibly dirty, and our room had a persistent sewage odor throughout our stay. We reported the smell, and a staff member came to clean the bathroom, but unfortunately left the entire area soaked, and the odor returned shortly afterward. Another inconvenience was the lack of electrical outlets in the room, which made it difficult to charge devices while traveling. The most serious issue occurred on our first night when a rat entered our room and got into a bag of snacks we had brought with us. We had to call maintenance to deal with the situation. The following day, I requested a room change, but that request was not accommodated. On the positive side, the pool area is very nice, the restaurant offers good variety, and the food was enjoyable. The staff members we interacted with were courteous and helpful. However, the rat incident, the persistent sewage smell, and the refusal to move us to another room significantly affected our stay and left us frustrated for most of the trip. Unfortunately, despite some positive aspects, we would not choose to stay here again.

Ambiente muito bonito, organizado e confortável. Culinária muito boa. Dica de melhoria: colocar em funcionamento a iluminação da piscina de borda infinita (parte superior), disponibilizar também menu físico no restaurante e melhorar as opções de alimentos servidos no pétit café (tarde). Em relação ao atendimento, precisa haver melhor comunicação entre o setor de caixa e as agências, de forma que não sejam cobradas novamente aos clientes taxas já pagas antes da hospedagem.

Quarto limpo, ar condicionado excelente, chuveiro nem sempre estava com água quente, café da manhã razoável… a equipe de funcionários super atenciosa, gentil e prestativa. Uma pena que não haja uma estrutura de barracas, cadeiras, coqueiros ou sombrinhas para os hóspedes mais próxima ao mar e as pessoas acabam ficando mais na piscina.

Wifi no chalé( preço maior) não funcionava. Café da manhã para o porte do hotel deixou muito a desejar. As 9:30 da manha ja nao tinha quase nada a ofertar. A situação q mais posso citar: um suco de uva que estava numa jarra, eu perguntei se viria mais, resposta: nao vem mais, mas esse resto dá meio copo. Rsrsrs. Fui tomar cafe na cidade mesmo. Registrei uma carta à diretoria e ninguem respondeu.

A propriedade necessita de manutenção urgente, spa não funciona, madeira e pregos soltos no Deck, paredes do quarto com pregos aparentes e sem pintura, faltam tomadas na laterais da cama, no quarto em si só tem uma . Fiquei na suite com hidromassagem e adorei as instalações tanto do quarto quanto das áreas comuns. A cama é ótima, o banheiro é aconchegante, o espaço da hidro é confortável. A localização é maravilhosa, a praia local, o café da manhã (o iogurte é feito lá com leite recém tirado da vaca, como no Thermas), as piscinas (tem hidro de frente pro mar também). Nos sentimos bem acolhidos pela equipe. A única coisa que chamaria a atenção é pro petit café: não causou boa impressão o fato de ter um funcionário lá servindo de uma por uma fatia de torrada ou uma lasca de bolo, num guardanapo, e não ter pratos à disposição. Gerou um certo constrangimento de ter que ficar indo à mesa várias vezes pra pedir uma coisinha de nada de comida de cada vez. Esse foi só um detalhe, o restante da experiência foi maravilhosa. Voltaremos com certeza!

A equipe do hotel muito simpática. A internet “ caia” sempre, consequentemente ficamos sem tv. O café da manhã era ruim com pouca variedade. Por ser um local muito afastado de tudo, deveria ter recreação. A piscina não é a da foto( é muito menor)…enfim, retornamos um dia antes.

Terceira vez que fomos, mas a penúltima e esta última vez, tivemos a percepção de queda de qualidade em alguns pontos e entendo que a pousada deveria se atentar: 1)Verificar antecipadamente as condições de funcionamento dos quartos antes da entrada dos clientes, como ar condicionado, banheiras/jacuzzis, aquecimento a gás. 2) Para os quartos que possuem jacuzzi a coberta de palha quando chove cai toda a sujeira dentro dela impossibilitando sua utilização em momentos de chuva. 3) Realizar manutenção nas jacuzzis da área externa e colocar algum tipo de coberta em cima. 4) Em dias de eventos no local(como casamento ou festa formatura)os demais hóspedes perdem acesso a boa parte da área de lazer, não somos notificados quanto a isso. A pousada é boa tanto que enfrentamos mais de 3 horas de viagem pra irmos pela terceira vez, mas o desejo de retornar está menor. Espero que essas considerações sejam vistas.
