It was a nice hotel. The room was nice, AC was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice, the shower was very nice, maybe even great for couples. Had a balcony, small but nice. Also was nice the gentleman I talked to at the front desk in spoke good English and wasn't hard to understand. I feel like it was a 4 stars before COVID and has lost a little of that since then.. but I'd be willing to stay again. Next time with an ocean view room.

Apesar de ser um hotel com uma estrutura mais antiga, o Hotel Celi surpreende pelo excelente estado de conservação de suas instalações. Tudo é muito limpo, organizado e bem cuidado, refletindo o zelo da equipe com a propriedade. O atendimento merece um destaque especial, principalmente o da recepcionista Julia. Embora sua identificação informasse que estava em treinamento, sua simpatia, cordialidade, agilidade e atenção aos hóspedes fizeram toda a diferença em nossa experiência. Ela demonstrou um nível de excelência que supera o de muitos profissionais experientes que já encontramos, inclusive em hotéis de 4 e 5 estrelas. Espero que esse reconhecimento chegue até ela. O café da manhã também nos surpreendeu positivamente, com grande variedade de opções, incluindo alimentos para pessoas com intolerância ao glúten. Além da diversidade, tudo estava muito saboroso e bem apresentado. A área da piscina é outro ponto forte: bonita, limpa, organizada e muito bem conservada, proporcionando um ambiente agradável para relaxar. Embora existam outros hotéis maiores e visualmente mais modernos na região, a excelente experiência que tivemos no Hotel Celi fez com que ele se tornasse nossa primeira opção para uma futura hospedagem em Aracaju. Certamente voltaremos.

Fiquei hospedada no quarto 209 e, embora a estadia tenha sido positiva em alguns aspectos, o banheiro apresentou um problema relevante no exaustor. Como o ambiente não possui janela, a ventilação depende exclusivamente do funcionamento adequado do equipamento. No entanto, o exaustor aparentemente não estava funcionando bem, ou estava avariado, o que impedia a dissipação do vapor após o banho. Com isso, houve acúmulo excessivo de gotículas de água no teto do banheiro e, em alguns momentos, até no teto do próprio quarto, chegando a molhar a cama. Acredito, inclusive, que os pontos de mofo existentes no teto do banheiro possam estar relacionados a essa falha de ventilação. Outro ponto que merece atenção é a limpeza. O chão não parecia ser higienizado adequadamente, especialmente no banheiro, o que comprometeu um pouco a experiência. No mais, a estadia foi boa. Equipe muito educada, localização boa, o café da manhã é variado e de boa qualidade, e a cama é confortável. Ainda assim, entendo que os problemas relatados, principalmente em relação ao exaustor e à limpeza do banheiro, precisam ser verificados pelo hotel.
