They had absolutely no knowledge of our prior reservation and were unprepared. We arrived late and tired. Nobody at reception spoke English. We couldn't communicate. Unfortunately, they kept us waiting for a very long time. The rooms were adequate. Breakfast was not bad.

立地も良く隣にも店があり、どこに行くにも便利だと思いました。チェックインの際、スタッフの1人がアカバマップを見せながら説明してくれたのはありがたかったです。ただ部屋のテレビが映らなかった事と、エアコンはクーラーのみで寒い時は辛いと思いました。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、種類は余りありませんがアラブ料理で美味しいです。
