When I pulled away the covers to go to bed I found some nasty used wrap bandage in my bed, which makes me wonder if my bedding was cleaned. I told the front desk the next day. I guess I got a sorry, but “Ewe!!”

Decent breakfast. Big suite. Pool and hottub looked nice. Had some issues with several charges showing up on our account front desk wasn't too helpful. Holds eventually came off but there were several and none equales amount owed.

Hotel has clearly been updated. New carpet. Looked like new bedding. Rooms were a good size, bathroom is large. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There is also an oversized chess board set up in the pool area which was fun to play. There is a game room with video games, slot machines and 2 pool tables. The breakfast was very good. Included hot food and a pancake machine as well as the other usuals.

The shower did not work correctly. The hot water was not warm, due to the shower diverter installation. The window was so dirty it said “clean me.” The pool & game room was nice. The beds were comfy.

My sheets had blood stained on them and they did not appear clean. I was provided new sheets, but they did not have any clean king comforters so I was given a queen size for my king bed. I opted to check out without staying the night. I was not able to receive a refund because the hotel manager would not approve a refund to Hotels.com to refund my credit card. I was very unsatisfied with the condition of the room and the service I received.

The room was recently updated, but there were smears of something brown on the bathroom walls. The breakfast was ok. The pool area was horrible. There was garbage all over, a pile of fingernail clippings by the hot tub, and the jets were broken, and all the windows and walls were covered in mold and algae. Severe need of a reno! In the game room, the change machine was broken, so unless you carried quarters, you could not play.

Breakfast menu was ok. One day it was so so the next it was pretty good. The pool was fine but the hot tub jets did not work. The room was decent but i would change whats offerer for a suite.

Great value for our under $100. Good location near restaurants and shopping. Great price for all the amenities! Clean and maintained. Nice and helpful staff. Pool clean and maintained. Hot tub was clean but b bubbler not working... Sad after our long drive. Adults only in pool area after 10Pm, yay! Breakfast was adequate.
