The sheets were stained. Walked into the room and it was freezing! The dead of winter in Wisconsin and the heat was off. I reckon the room was somewhere between 40 and 50°. There was hole/tear in the carpet. Staff was very friendly and location was convenient, for the price I wasn’t expecting perfection, but a clean room/sheets that’s not freezing and in “intact” condition is not a huge ask of any hotel. I’ve stayed before and had an acceptable room but this “ADA” room was a real disappointment.

Not great.

This hotel is super worn. Holes in the carpet. Paint chipped and scratched everywhere. They charge you a deposit then won’t check you out and refund it until the front desk person physically inspects the room. Never again.

They floors were very slippery, the person working was mopping up but unfortunately it was just too much slush and he couldn't keep it dry. The breakfast was bad. The juice had floaters in it and we tried atleast 4 times with new cups. Coffee creamer was out, but all 3 were empty, the "fruit" was green bananas, the muffins/brownies were rock hard. The hallway smelt like cigarette smoke which was weird cuz its no smoking.

There were ants in hot tub area. The walls are very thin. No one was next to us but an alarm had been set and went off at 5:40am and you could here it plain as day in our room through the wall. thought it was our alarm. The selection at brrakfast was nice amd the food was warm.

We had notified the hotel that wouldn’t get there until midnight. When we arrived in our room the temp in the room was 51 degrees and -4 outside. I had go down and ask for a blanket and was given a thin coverlet and no apology. It took until 3am for the room to get to 70

Everything about this property needs to be updated, the pics do not match the room. The lights flickered, the shower curtain didn't close all the way due to the fact that it wasn't installed properly, and it didn't feel very clean. The sheets had black marks on them.
