Eloa Luxury Villa is a breath-taking modern, newly built villa perched on the hillside above Almirida village. Here on the sun-kissed Cretan coast the focus is entirely on relaxation and luxury. The captivating infinity pool stretches out with sea views glistening in the bright Aegean light. The 270 m2 villa is wheelchair accessible, spreads throughout two floors and accommodates 10 guests in in its 5 spacious bedrooms. Everything in Eloa Luxury Villa has been designed to give you an unforgettable vacation under the Mediterranean sun, from the contemporary design, best quality furnishings, branded appliances and stylish decorations.


Layout

Lower floor
At the lower floor of Eloa Luxury Villa one of the bedrooms is located, featuring a king size bed (1,60X2,00), en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C and a 40" HDTV. The bedroom is also offering direct outdoor access and guests can access the ground floor.
Additionally, there is a luxurious spa area on this floor with sauna, jacuzzi, shower and sitting area.



Ground Floor


Guests are ushered into the main living space with an open plan area featuring the living room and kitchen. The living room features a corner sofa with a fireplace, 65" HDTV with Netflix and a bluetooth speaker. It connects with the sunny pool terrace offering sea views. The modern kitchen is equipped with all essentials for a self catered vacation, ready and waiting to produce delicious meals for you and your loved ones. The dining table which is situated in the kitchen area seats up to eight guests. There is also a second round glass dining table in ground floor living area. Furthermore an air-conditioned bedroom that offers a 40" HDTV with a PS5 console, closet and direct access to the pool area can be found on the ground floor. This bedroom is wheelchair accessible and features an ensuite bathroom with a shower (that can also be accessed from the living room) and two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be joined to make a King size bed, if necessary.


First Floor


The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the first floor. Each one is air-conditioned, decorated in earthly tones and embellished with wall artwork depicting the olive branch, the emblem of the Villa. Two of the bedrooms feature a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00) and each one has its own private balcony with sea views. The third bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be joined to make a King size bed, according to your needs and a private balcony with sea views. The layout is very convenient for big groups, as each bedroom has its own bathroom, offering comfort. Finally a laundry and storage room with a washing machine and dryer in one unit is available on this floor.


Take in the sun and scenery from the villas outdoor living areas. The outdoor area is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation with a 50m2 infinity pool and many lounging spots offering panoramic views of the sea and countryside and includes:


- A 50 m2 private infinity swimming pool. The pool can also be heated with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).


- Sun beds, a daybed, a sun umbrella and a sitting area ideal for relaxation

The villa is located just outside of Almyrida, 23km east of Chania city, on the south shores of Souda Bay. Almyrida area offers visitor amenities such as restaurants, cafes and mini-markets. Taverns on the beach are famous for fresh fish and delicious traditional Cretan food. The unspoiled countryside and the lush oil groves around Almyrida are ideal for hiking and exploration. Just 2 km away from Eloa Luxury Villa there are two nice sandy beaches, with shallow waters, safe for children in waveless days. The villa is also near to Kalives village, a picturesque village built on a fertile green valley, where several rivers flow and also has a small harbour. Almyrida and Kalives are the two of the most famous seaside resorts in the region of Apokoronas.

Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
