What I like the most is the customer services was great, they put their efforts to help me to me the last minutes changes of my staying. Thank you so much. You all makes me feel safe and enjoy my stay. The food were delicious. I really enjoyed my vacation. What I see need to look at it, is ordering drinks, some bartenders does not know or understand mixing the drinks, when ordering soft drinks or liquor, beer takes for ever to get it. There was only 1 waitress that I seen 2 straight nites, she busted herself tried to serve everybody. But She really did a great job and always served with a smile. Thank you Taumeasina, overall your hotel is the best on island. I highly recommended Taumeasina hotel to my family and friends for their vacation. My family will be visiting Samoa in July, 2024. See ya'll again in July. Faafetai tele. Warm aloha and Talofa from me.

My family and I had an amazing experience during our stay at the Taumeasina. We spent almost two weeks at the resort and highly would recommend to stay at Taumeasina Island Resort. All staff from Nathan as GM to the cleaners were extremely hospitable and welcoming. I would like make a special acknowledgment to Tom as he was really helpful and made our stay even better with some of the work he did for my family behind the scenes! On a personal note, I grew up in Samoa as a child and it was the first time staying at resort on the island and first time taking my family to Samoa. As a collective, we can truly say that our experience in Samoa will never be forgotten and our experience staying at Taumeasina was a key driver for that, Fa'afetai tele lava and we look forward to our next stay!

When I get to the hotel they can't find my booking. My booking was prepaid. After 30 to 40 minutes they came back and apologized they mistaken gave my room to someone. They told me they have a room for us but when I looked at it is not what I've paid for. The supervisor came back and told me she will find a room for me and my mother. The room she found was the one I paid for it.Everything was okay except giving my room to someone else and it is prepaid already. Comes in the morning I've called the room services for almost an hour no one picked up, And I end up walking to them and leave my elderly mother in the room by herself. She did not eat her fish because it was oily. The hotel should get another fish for the fish and chips not the swai fish smh. Everything this was okay.

Cleanliness - Room had cob webs in corners and carpet looked like it wasn't vacuumed. Saw chicken bones left by the pool that hadn't been cleaned up for more than 4 hours. Pool deck had boards that weren't nailed down and could be a hazard. Had to ask (call and go to front desk) 4 times to have room service food and plates taken. Overall the property has potential, they just need to step it up in multiple areas of the property.

This is a very nice island resort that my family and I enjoyed. Friendly staff and great food from the Hotel restaurants. It will be great to have a convenient store onsite for basic needs.
