The people that do house work forget to leave bath mat, hand towel and they use old looking bath towels. They also forgot to take dirty drinking glasses to wash as there’s nothing to wash those in the room. The beddings are not changed daily. The staff outside and around the hotel are great very welcoming and friendly.

The stay was great we stayed 7 days. The breakfast was beautiful each day. The staff were amazing and very helpful . The only thing we had trouble with was the cleaners we had to go to reception or ring up everyday we were there for our room to be cleaned . As we were away doing things most days all ya wanted was a nice shower when u got back but the room had no clean towels and bed not made but apart from that it was ok

Lift was not working, hotel needs a good clean around facilities. Rooms had plugs blocked, called reception maintenance did not arrive.. Rooms were nice but outside of rooms really needs a manager to oversee cleaning, carpets were not vacuumed flies hanging around back areas, even in stairwells that guests have to use were dirty. Cleaning and maintenance really poor for Sheraton standards.

An EXCEPTIONAL Accomadation

There were many of my Family members that booked in this Hotel in Apia. Great location and wonderful staff. Ms Lofi & Ms Elaina Hotel Reception Managers and their team were very inviting, hospitable and professional. Room cleaners and restaurant staff (servers & cooks) very professional and thorough in their duties and responsibilities. Bell hop and security teams and some of their maintenance members were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My stay was perfect. Surrounding and views were excellent. Question if i would recommend this Hotel to friends, family and travelers absolutely YES.

Couple getaway

We stayed 2 nights as part of a two week holiday. Hotel looks grand and pool is lovely. Our room had a serious problem with the shower draining, resulting in the whole room getting flooded. Breakfast is pretty basic for the price and reputation of the hotel.

The staff in the lobby had excellent customer service skills, always friendly. Camron, the head barman in the lobby, was extremely friendly and went out of his way to provide good customer service. His skills as a bartender are second to none, very professional.

The hotel must have been having supply issues with some items such as shampoo and body wash. Was difficult to get replacements. Not enough pool towels. This may be due to guests not returning them to the pool area and taking them to their rooms, but there was always a shortage. Not always a consistent availability of wine at the various bars in the hotel.
