A recepção é ótima, confortável, as pessoas muito atenciosas. Quartos simples porém com conforto, ar condicionado bom e silencioso, frigobar, tv. Achamos muito legal o filtro de linha com opções de carregamento de usb e até indução. Achamos a torneira do chuveiro muito alta, se a pessoa tiver menos de 1,60m não deve conseguir abrir. As toalhas já estavam bem gastas mas acho que o custo benefício do conforto em relação ao preço é bom pra quem quer economizar. O local é próximo do santuário, menos de 10 minutos de caminhada, uma rua tranquila. Dispõe de estacionamento gratuito descoberto e foi muito gentil da parte deles nos deixarem fazer o check out e buscar o carro depois. Deixou a desejar a higiene no café, pois tanto meus talheres quanto minha xícara estavam nitidamente mal lavados, com sujidades.

O quarto estava impecável de limpo, roupa de cama cheirosa, cama boa. As funcionárias todas são super gentis e cordiais. Tem mercado e lanchonetes próximo. Por opção eu fui ao Santuário de Uber, pois estava muito calor e a corrida não passava de R$7,00, mas acredito que seja possível ir andando tranquilamente. O café da manhã tem opção para todos os gostos e ao longo do dia sempre tinha pão de queijo e café fresquinho à disposição na recepção. Gostei da minha estadia e ano que vem estarei de volta!

Café da manhã possuía bastante opção e estava muito saboroso. O quarto com 3 camas tinha um tamanho adequado, o quarto com duas camas era mais apertado, porém nada que afetou a estadia. Roupas de cama e toalhas bem limpas e cheirosas. Banheiro voltava um odor desagradável pelo ralo, precisava manter fechado. O quarto estava muito limpo, porém o banheiro parecia que alguém recém tinha usado e não havia sido limpo, ainda havia sabonete aberto do hóspede anterior e cabelo no box. Num geral a hospedagem foi boa e valeu a pena o custo benefício.

A recepção da noite foi ótima. Chegamos muito tarde por culpa do ônibus que atrasou e fomos muito bem recebidos e ela foi muito solícita com minha esposa e eu. Me ajudou com a mamadeira da minha filha, foi realmente ótimo. O quarto é bem ok. As camas rangem muito! E o banheiro precisa ser reformado, o teto tem muita infiltração. Eu gostei do local, o café da manhã foi muito bom. Eu realmente gostei. Eu recomendo sim, acho que é um 8/10 dentro do preço. E comam na Pizzaria da Ponte, é bem perto e a melhor pizzaria que tem em Aparecida.
