Newly renovated and extremely fresh rooms and common areas. Centrally located in the Jura wine district. Perfect location for a bike tour in Jura.

If I could rate this place a million stars I would in a heartbeat. Everything is wonderful. The house lodged in a fairy wonderland, our host, as prime and top notch as can be, juggling languages like a boss, the room quaint but absolutely beautiful and sufficient. This property is owner operated and your host Phillipe is quite charming. The property is deep in the hills above Aosta. There are no restaurants or markets. Nothing. The charm of being there is that you can have a nice home cooked meal and breakfast in a 14th century building. The beds were comfy with toasty blankets. We left the windows opened as the temps plummeted. It’s worth taking a walk around the neighborhood. It’s altogether about a 1/2 mile but enjoyable.

Unfortunately there was a mistake with our booking. I booked a double room but showed up and only had a single room with one bed. When I asked the host he noticed the mistake but said there were no double rooms available. He then offered to make up a temporary bed… for an additional charge. Otherwise, the stay was lovely. The village is very quiet, except for the church bell that chimes all night long. So keep the windows closed when you’re sleeping. The drive down to the town of aosta is about 15 minutes. The breakfast is fine. Nothing special but an easy way to start the day. And it is nice that it can be delivered to the room.

Un luogo davvero incantevole, proprietario molto disponibile e super preparato, se seguirete tutte le sue indicazioni non avrete alcun problema! Se proprio proprio vogliamo trovare una piccola piega: il parcheggio minuscolo e l'ultima parte della strada per arrivare all'hotel decisamente stretta. Ma nessun problema, si può parcheggiare in piazza o sulla strada gratuitamente e raggiungere l'albergo con meno di 1 minuto a piedi. Insomma, location da sogno. Grazie!!

5 stars This was the perfect experience for my first b&b! Just outside of Aosta (about 15 -30 minutes by car or local bus 0.90 euros-one way) you can have peace and quiet. My room was spacious and clean. The house is filled with history, just ask! I tried the 3-course meal one night, it was delicious and extremely filling... Don't eat a few hours before so you have room to enjoy everything! Ha! The Du-Noyer family is so kind and accommodating with helpful tips and recommendations because honestly, the better parts of Aosta are the connected areas which you can easily reach by bus for 3euros or less!! Please note that this B&B area is for peace and quiet with a view of the mountains, No popular Attractions. The bus/train station and city center are 15-30 minutes away by car or local bus! Lastly, as this was my first stay at a B&B, I am not familiar with the culture as I am a frequent hotel guest. They do charge 15euros for extra/daily towels. However, if you are a frequent B&B guest this isn't news to you! Nevertheless, this was a great stay!! If you're looking for a place to clear your mind, write or just an escape... this is the place!!

Petit hôtel façon maison de famille un accueil extraordinaire un repas simple mais tellement bon je recommande cet établissement la famille qui tient cette petite maison de famille et d’une gentillesse comme on en fait plus.Le seul bémol et ce n’est pas de leur faute c’est le peu de place pour se garer mais l’environnement italien à cet endroit est fait de petites ruelles.

Bellissima casa in pietra e legno , situata in un luogo incantevole. La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, il titolare Philippe è gentilissimo e pronto a fornire consigli su cosa visitare in valle. Il fatto che la sala colazione/cena sia piccolina e dotata di due tavoli lunghi da condividere dà la possibilità di conoscere gli altri ospiti e passare la serata in compagnia.
