Trident has very friendly and welcoming staff. Cinnamon restaurant is very good with great breakfast and dinner options. The hotel is very nice and clean, found the staff working hard to maintain the facility. The hotel provides shuttle options for a fee. The rooms are very nice and spacious.

I had been ill before arriving, so the staff took excellent care of me -- from the front desk to the restaurant, I was in good hands. They even provided some medicine that I needed for my long travel plans. I miss them already.
