Quelles vacances ? J’ai réservé le logement sauf qu’il n’accepte pas les enfants, j’ai donc voulu annuler la réservation, j’ai appelé Abritel qui a fait son maximum j’ai appelé la propriétaire une dizaine de fois mais je n’ai jamais eu de réponse, j’ai envoyé plusieurs messages mais sans réponse. Jamais eu de consignes pour la remise des clés, j’ai du faire opposition au paiement !
