Charming country house situated on a fenced plot of approximately 3000 m2. It is located 1 km from the village of La Higuera in Antequera, where you will find shops for essential supplies.
The house features a living-dining room with a fireplace and a kitchen. Two bedrooms with double beds and a third with two single beds. A bathroom with a whirlpool tub and two en-suite bathrooms with showers. Heating is provided by electric radiators and air conditioning. Amenities include a dishwasher, oven, cot, etc.

Schönes Anwesen, laute Hähne
Finca ist gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi und Spüler sind neuwertig. Zufahrt ist ein unbefestigter Weg, auf dem das Unkraut stellenweise sehr hoch stand und unangenehm am Unterboden entlang geschliffen ist. Im näheren Umfeld befanden sich 3 Hähne, die von frühmorgens bis abends am Krähen waren, gerne auch mal in der Nacht. Das fanden wir schon etwas nervig. Die Bewertungen anderer, dass es dort sehr ruhig sei, können wir insoweit nicht bestätigen. Das Anwesen selbst ist aber sehr schön. Die Finca liegt abgeschieden, was uns aber im Vorfeld bekannt war. Die Pumpe vom Pool fiel 1x aus, wurde aber umgehend repariert. Leider war die Verständigung mit dem Vermieter trotz Übersetzungs-App etwas dürftig, da wir kein Spanisch und der Vermieter auch kein Englisch spricht. Entgegen seiner Aussage dass in Spanien kein Müll getrennt wird, können wir sagen, dass insbesondere in den Orten Container für Pappe, Glas, etc. stehen. Z.B. bei der Tankstelle im ca. 6 km entfernten Villanueva de la Concepcion, durch den man meistens ohnehin kommt. In dem Ort gibt es auch einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Unser Rückflug ging erst am Abend. Da wohl keine neuen Gäste den Tag kamen, durften wir über die eigentliche Check-out-Zeit hinaus bleiben. Dafür sagen wir nochmals Dankeschön.
