Absolutely stunning pictures online, looked bigger in pictures but smaller than expected however the stay was welcoming, I wish more staff spoke English and I wish we didn’t have so many internet issues which was a nightmare when trying to plan and book events, transfer monies or even book for a cab. The breakfast is great, the pool view is relaxing and the overall amenities were good but could be great

The property itself was stunning, the room was spacious and the pool area picturesque. The bed was very comfy and the shower of good quality. The big draw back was how the hotel was managed, which felt like such a shame as there were some very basic things that could easily be adjusted to make this perfect. The pool closes at 7pm every day. The only food available outside of breakfast were small bar snacks which ended at 5pm. The drinks were limited and very expensive, the smallest glass of wine I've ever purchased was 8 euros and there was only one white and one red wine. The breakfast food was uncovered and we saw flies on it. The staff were friendly however most didn't speak English and for those that did it was very limited. The hotel is 12 minutes taxi ride away from a nice area of restaurants and 25 minutes from Antalya city centre despite it advertising itself as city centre. There were only two restaurants within walking distance. This didn't bother us too much though as we used taxis, however this did increase our cash expenditure significantly. There are numerous discrepancies in this advertisement. There is no kids pool, the beach is stoney not sandy and not private, no dishwasher, tools or products to wash dishes were provided, house keeping was every other day not daily, two collared dogs were in the restaurant area. Kitchen items were only provided to those staying over five days, this was incredibly limited and we had to ask three times for this.

This hotel is out of the way and there is nothing in the area within walking distance, shops, restaurants etc. Also the wifi is terrible didn’t work at all during our stay.

Unclean do not stay!

The cleanliness of the room was not good. The sheets we had a hole in it as well as the house keeper gave us a used pool towel which smelt of chlorine. Which literally made us feel sick the towels. There was no towels on arrival I had to ask for them then wait ages for them to bring it. The sheets are very poor quality so don’t expect a good night sleep. They don’t even clean with cleaning spray they use some old rag. They don’t supply you with basic cleaning liquid in the kitchen area which is standard with many apart/hotels. I usually don’t write reviews but this was not a good experience.
