The hotel view was great but the cleaning was terrible and they wouldn’t removed the dust from the lamps. Plus there was alot of water leaking in the toilet.

definitely not a 5 star hotel. Plugs coming off walls. Electrical cables coming out the wall. Food was not labeled at any time. Phone in room did not work the entire week even though we asked for it to be fixed. Limited English spoken at the hotel. Indoor pool was not available and had not been for some time. Photos are very deceiving and The beach is only accessible when you exit the hotel onto the road.

Maalesef deneyimimiz tümüyle ortalama altında kaldı. Teras odalar çok konforsuzdu. Yatağın ortası kullanımdan dolayı çökmüştü ve banyolar bakımsızdı. Yemekler ise, çok seçici insanlar olmamamıza rağmen lezzetsizdi. Otel çalışanları tecrübesizdi. Otel binası, giriş ve lobi gayet gösterişliydi fakat geri kalan hizmetten memnun kalamadık.

Worse hotel and staff

I booked a wheel chair accessible room, when I arrived it was not ready. My first day was wasted and I didn’t get the room until night time. The room is full of ants! The Air condition is not working. I called several times but no response. I went down to the reception at 11 pm to fix the A/C but they didn’t. At 3 am I got an Asthma attack because of the heat and no air circulation in the room. I called the reception again and they sent a technician to fix the A/C but he didn’t. Today is my second day and it’s 2:15 pm and the room is not cleaned, the ants still carolling in the room, and the a/c is not fixed. Barely anyone speaks English in this hotel. The lady at the bakery is very rude. Staff don’t care if I’m suffering fro the heat or unhappy. Also, the hotel website and hotels.ca advertise that the hotel is 4 miles from the airport. The truth is the hotel is about an hour away from the hotel. Very bad experience.

1 gece konakladık. Otel temiz, mimari açıdan görsel olarak iyi, yemekler çeşitli ama lezzet açısından pek iyi değildi, plajda yer bulmak çok zor sabah erken gitmemize rağmen her yer doluydu havlumuzu kuma sermek zorunda kaldık, yuvarlak yatak gibi olan şezlonglar ücretli otel misafirleri kullanamıyor çok saçma, odalar temiz, klima yeterli, eğlence hiç yok. Fiyat performans bir otel genel olarak 5 üzerinden 3,5 veririm.

Yorumum nasıl olduysa (!) silindiği için tekrardan yazıyorum. Nerden başlasam bilemiyorum, hayatimda gördüğüm en rezil tatil oteli.Temizlik odamizi acik birakip gitmis iceride tum ozel esyalarimiz varken! Bu rezilligi saatler sonra otele donunce farkediyoruz ve bırakın ilgilenmeyi bir özür bile dilenmiyor! Zaten temizlik rezalet, temizlemiyorlar yenisini degil var olan carsafi seriyorlar gidiyorlar, temizleseler de bir seyleri koymuyorlar. Bir gun havlu koymamışlar 2 saat sonra istedik geldi, bir gun tuvalet kagidi koymamislar 2 saat sonra istedik geldi. Temizlik istemedigimiz halde sabahin 10unda ciplak halde yatarken odayi basmalari ayri bir rezillik zaten. Bakin kalitesizlik degil hizmet eksikligi degil rezillik! Yemekler berbat hijyen sıfır, 2 gun gastroenterit oldum, doktor olarak arabada ilaç çantam olmasa vay halime. Turkiye milli macini izleyecegiz odalarda ulusal kanal yok, resepsiyona indik resepsiyonda lobide de yok saka misiniz abi? Internete baglayip trt1 canli izle yazacagiz lobide internetiniz çekmiyor kendi telefonumuzun internetini acip sizin lobi televizyonunuza bagladik. Macin ilk yarisi bitti zaten. 5 gunde tek bir animasyon oldu canli muzik, onun disindaki tum gunler bomboştu hicbir etkinlik yoktu aksamlari sikintidan patladik. Animasyon ekibiniz bizi inferno ve diger eglence mekanlarina goturmeye calisiyor animasyondan anladigi bu herhalde. Calisanlar turkce bilmiyor, asansorler calismiyor, tabaklar bardaklar kirli. Rezalet bir otel. Görünüşe aldanmayın.
