Excellent location close to everywhere safe with wonderful host family trying to please you and make your trip be unforgettable. Clean room and bathroom, heavenly courtyard and delicious breakfast with sincerely smiling staff, it was amazing experience.

great hotel in the old city

the hotel is really great. Our room was not spacious. With the double bed, there was barely any space for our two not terribly large suitcases. Other than that, the room was comfortable, the people who work there are great (although there wasn't always fluent communication in English). The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, though the bathroom was also on the small side. The local area is great! This is a very "cute" hotel in a historic area of the city. Lots of "happening" restaurants and bars within an easy walk.

A small corner of heaven

This is a lovely hotel with beautifully presented rooms, a cool garden with trees and flowers and the best breakfast of local tastes. My room was tiny and there was no surface to put things on, a small side table would have made life easy.

I'll start with the following: The hotel is difficult to find but during your quest, you'll see the beautiful old city of Antakya and walk in its alleys to relish the city. The hotel is small and with under than 10 rooms in general which make you feel like home, adding to that, the general atmosphere and the owner kindnesses and you'll have a recipe to a good trip and stay.

Konak deneyimi

Otel daha doğrusu konak kesinlikle merkezi bir yerde. Bahçesi de güzel. Sadece odanın küçük olması, ses yalıtımı olmaması ve pencerenin hem küçük hem de kötü bir açıda olması haricinde her şey iyiydi. Bu arada bu durum sadece bizim oda için mi geçerli yoksa konağın genelinde mi var bilmiyorum tabii.

Küçük Odalar..

Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi, eski konakların olduğu tarihi bir sokakta.. Konağın durumu oldukça iyi, avlu mükemmel, genel görünüm oldukça iyi... Ancak birkaç oda dışında tüm odalar oldukça küçük, adım atacak yer yok diyebilirim. Konakta dört oda kiraladık ve hepsi aynıydı.Bu kadar küçük odaların iki kişilik değil de tek kişilik dizayn edilmesi misafir açısında daha konforlu olur. Tabii ticari açıdan düşününce işletmeye zarar! Başka bir konuda temizlik; odamız her gün temizlenmedi. Zaten küçücük olan odaya bir süpürge bir paspas yapmak da çok zor olmasa gerek. Bunların dışında otelin konumu ve misafirperverlikleri çok çok iyi.

Hizmetten genel olarak memnun kalmakla birlikte oda temizliğine gelenlerin dolap içinde bırakılan kişisel eşyalara dahi dokunmasından irite oldum. Ayrıca kahvaltı servisi çeşitlendirilebilir, kahvaltı ile birlikte istenen içecekler de ücretlendirilmemelidir.

Şehir tarihi koruma altına olduğundan, her türlü inşaat işleri yapılamadığından çevre yıkık dökük bir izlenim veriyor. Otel restore edilmiş bir konak. Muazzam bir çalışma ile yapılabilecek en iyi restore işlemi yapılmış. Mutlaka görün... Odamız biraz dardı ancak tarihi doku korunmuştu. Buna değer...

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Tüm tarihi mekanlara ve restoranlara yürüme mesafesinde. Konakladığımız oda tam bir konak havasındaydı, eşyalar kendinizi eski bir evde yaşıyormuş hissine kaptırıyor. Ancak sorun şu ki tüm camlar ve kapılar avluya bakıyor ve herhangi bir konuşma sesi dahi odanıza kadar giriyor. Üst kattaki sesi, avlunun karşısındaki sesi tüm sesleri duyabiliyorsunuz. Cumartesi gecesi saat 23:15 sularında büyük bir kahkahaya kendimizi yataktan attık. Avluda bir eğlence düzenleniyordu. Birazdan biter diyerek beklemeye koyulduk fakat sesler kesilmiyor aksine daha şiddetli kahkahalar, bağırmalar ve alkışlarla devam ediyordu. Dayanamayıp resepsiyonu aradık, bir evlenme teklifi merasimi olduğunu söylediler. Uyarılacakları da belirttiler ama uyarıldıklarını duymadık üstelik hala gürültü yapmaya devam ediliyordu. İkinci kez aradık ve bu sefer acilen görüntünün kesilmesini rica ettik. Aradan 10 dakika geçtikten sonra sesler kesildi. Böyle organizasyonlar yapılacaksa konaktaki müşterilere bilgi verilmeli, zaten hepi topu 5-10 oda var. Kaldı ki sabah bize ne bir özür ne bir mahcubiyet belirttiai gösterilmedi. açıkçası böylesine güzel bir yerde böyle ağırlanmak üzücü oldu.

Muhteşem bir deneyim

Tarih kokan bir konakta, yüzyıllık odalarda, mis gibi çarşaflar ve havlular içinde harika bir tatil geçirdik. Hatayın güzelliğini arttıran bir deneyim oldu. Yılmaz Bey ilk dakikadan itibaren her türlü ihtiyacımızla çok yakından ilgilendi, bize mükemmel bir Hatay turu hazırladı. Hataya gitmeden Türkiyeyi anlamak mümkün değil, Hatay seyahatinin daha da unutulmaz olması Jasmin Konak ile garanti!!

Eski bir hatay evinden dönüştürülmüş.kapıdan girer girmez rahatlık ve huzuru hissediyorsunuz.gerek çalışanların samimi davranışları gerek yılmaz beyin tatlı sohbetleri sizi daha da rahatlatıyor.mükemmel düzenlenmiş odalar ve bahçe.temizlik on numara,bütün gününüzü orta bahçede geçirebilirsiniz.konum olarak mükemmel.Eğlenmek isterseniz çevre pub ve restorant dolu.Tatil yapmak biraz kafa dinlemek için mükemmel bir seçenek.

Jasmin Konak Otel Antakya’nın kalbinde, daracık tarihi sokakların arasında, yenilenmiş bir konak. Bence burayı diğer birçok tesisten ayıran en önemli yanı otel sahibi Yılmaz beyin, size bir müşteri değil de evinde bir konuk gibi davranması. Antakya’daki tüm programınızı, nereler hangi sırada gezilmeli, nereler görülmeli, nerelerde ne yenilmeli, akşam nereye gidilmeli, hepsini Yılmaz beye bırakabilirsiniz. Tüm önerileri birbirinden değerli ve size güzel anlar yaşatması, lezzetli yemekler vaat etmesi garanti. Otel 10 odadan oluşuyor, içinde nefis bir bahçesi var. Odalar son derece temiz, taş duvarlar, ahşap tavan ve zemin. Kendinizi tam olarak tarihi Antakya’da hissettiriyor. Yöresel tatlar içeren kahvaltı, bol çeşitli, lezzetli, taptaze. Güne böylesine güzel bir kahvaltı ile başlamak mutluluğunuzu perçinliyor. Çok güzel bir tatil geçirmemize vesile olan Yılmaz beye, Jasmin Otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim. Antakya’ya ilk gidişimde hiçbir ön bilgim olmadan rezervasyon yapmama rağmen mükemmel bir otel ile karşılaştım. Görmek istediğim her yere yürüyerek ulaşabileceğim bir konumdaydı. 4 ay önce açılmış, her şey yeni ve tertemizdi. Yerel ürünlerden oluşan kahvaltı muhteşem, çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü ve ilgiliydi. Misafir gibi ağırlandım ve çok güvende hissettim.
