It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.

The entrance of the apartment is located in a pedestrian street, you can park Rue Joseph Blanc where you can drop your luggage with your vehicle.
All the shops necessary for your stay are at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.

On the first level, TV lounge & bathroom with separate toilet.
On the second level: kitchen - living room bathed in light
On the mezzanine: the bedroom with plenty of storage space.
Linen will be provided for your stay: bed linen and toilet linen.

belle expérience

Très bel appartement triplex, bien agencé et décoré. Sa situation, niché au cœur d'Annecy le Vieux est un de ses meilleurs atouts, tous les sites majeurs étant à proximité, sans oublier les commerces, des artisans locaux au monoprix très pratique et abordable. Seul bémol il manque une vraie clim, quand il fait plus de 30° c'est un peu compliqué.

Bonjour, Je vous remercie pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. Je suis très contente de cette appartement (propre, spacieux, lumineux avec une vue sur la château !). Le seul point que j'ajouterai c'est la chaleur dans l'appartement. Il est difficile de le rafraichir et de dormir au 3ème étage quand il fait plus de 30° dans la journée. Mais je conviens que cette contrainte est difficile à gérer.
