This large studio, facing south, can accommodate 2 people.
The apartment has a 160x200 cm bed (Queen). You can enjoy the exceptional view of the Canal as well as the emblematic monuments of Annecy.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information.
Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake).

It certainly has one of the best views in Annecy. I enjoyed sitting in front of the window with my cup of tea. The check in process was a bit bumpy. Vrbo correspondence had me thinking I would get an email with the check in information. But they sent me the check in information on Whatsapp. I did not expect that and so didn't see it. So, watch your Whatsapp for updates on your booking. That said, once I connected with the host on Whatsapp they were very responsive.
