Fantastic stay in Annecy
Very accurate description of the property. It was very clean and had everything you could need. The location is excellent. Very close to the lake. We would definitely book it again.
Just be aware if you have a roof box on your car you may need to remove it if you want to use the garage space.

Déçus
Séjour de 5j pour découvrir Annecy en couple. Bon accueil par john et Brigitta, sympathiques. L’appartement est très bien situé à deux pas de la vieille ville , des embarcadères des bateaux, en surplomb du lac. Mais
- ménage plus qu’aléatoire (des « moutons » partout) , très désagréable voir inadmissible en ces temps d’épidémie,
- Impossible de dormir correctement (la clim fait un bruit d’enfer et si vous ouvrez la fenêtre quel vacarme, la route est très passante),
- le balcon n’est pas aménagé (oubliez l’apéro dehors, de tout façon vous profitez des voisins ....),
-pas de notice d’utilisation des appareils donc pas facile de se débrouiller seuls,
-‘et pour le box à voiture trop exigu, il vous obligera soit à opter pour une twingo, soit à sortir de votre citadine en contorsionniste (pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, personnes âgées ...) et le parking le plus proche est payant !
Une note positive ; confort très correct, super bien placé si vous faites tout à pied et n’êtes pas sensible au bruit ; d’où la note pondérée sur la situation de l’appartement .

Très bien placé mais bruyant.
Résidence située à deux pas du centre de la vieille ville ce qui constitue un avantage certain.De plus le garage permet un stationnement aisé... pour Annecy c'est un luxe!MAIS beaucoup de bruit sur cette avenue où la circulation est très dense.Des poids lourds circulent à vitesse relativement importante très tôt le matin et il est très difficile de dormir la fenêtre ouverte.
L'appartement lui-même est bien conçu et agréable à vivre.L'équipement est complet sauf que la climatisation annoncée consiste en un climatiseur qui n'est pas installé!!!
Une dernière remarque concerne le balcon qui mériterait un sérieux coup de Kärcher.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Worte können nicht beschreiben wie zufrieden wir mit dieser Ferienwohnung und dem Management waren.
Top professionell, freundlich, hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung ist in einwandfreiem Zustand, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und könnte nicht sauberer sein.Die Lage?Nicht zu schlagen.Alles ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.Aber es ist eine Garage im Haus.
Falls wir nach Annecy zurück kommen sollten dann nur in diese Wohnung.
