This three-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment is situated inside the medieval city walls of the old town of Annecy, just inside the Perrière gate. Spread over 92m², it is set up to welcome six guests.

The decor has funky contemporary touches and there are subtle references to swans throughout. Real swans are to be found just down the road, on the canals and the lake. Bedrooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space, and a great open plan kitchen/dining lounge space.

All in all, we think you and your group will be as enthusiastic as we are about this amazing property! Enjoy!

Please note there is no lift in this ancient building, and there are 32 steps from street level to the front door of the apartment. There is no A/C system per se, but standing fans with a cooling system that helps during eventual heat waves.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. We had a magnificent stay at Swansdoor from the beginning to the end. The location of the apartment was perfect, it was well fitted out with all you would need (including a washer and dryer) and the village was beautiful. Laurent was very responsive to all communications, he has considered all aspects for ensuring a great stay. There is an actual dedicated car parking spot within walking distance. The only thing to consider are the stairs to reach the apartment but it worth the climb for the chance to stay,

Amazing place!
It's a beautiful apartment in the heart of old town. While the general hubbub of people going by in the summer can be quite loud in the evening, the windows are completely soundproof when closed! It's a perfect location to use as a home base to explore Annecy.

Modern apartment in the heart of old Annecy
My family and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It has all the elements of a modern, updated space but in a beautiful old building in the heart of the city. They even had baby supplies (bath tub, monitors, etc) on hand which was wonderfully helpful with our 3 month old. Alexandra was very responsive, and made checking in and out easy and flexible. Be prepared to lug your suitcases up a steep hill and flights of stairs, but it will be worth it! Highly recommend!
