The breakfast was very good. It was close to the Annecy Castle. The front desk was friendly. The reason I gave them a low rating was we found corners in our room with cobwebs and my wife hates spinders.

Comme beaucoup de Campanile, les chambres sont sur deux niveaux/de style bungalow et les voitures sont garées juste devant la chambre, ce qui est génial quand on a beaucoup de bagages. Propre, confortable et calme, un séjour bien meilleur ici que ma visite précédente dans un hôtel de la même chaîne. Content de revenir ici. Le restaurant sur le terrain est toujours un bonus.

Super hotel. Ideal for a base for my Alps cycling experience. I stayed 4 nights and the hotel staff were really helpful. Food was great. Rooms cleaned beautifully each day. The only bad thing though was the location of the hotel, as it was about a mile steeply uphill from Annecy centre, with the motorway in the background. The motorway noise didn't disturb my sleep though.

great stopover

Busy at check in so took a while, but the guy was very helpful and offered information regarding the local area including best route into town and parking spots there. Room was fine, kettle and tea/coffee making available in the room. WiFi also fine. We didn’t have dinner so am unable to comment on the restaurant, but the menu left in the room seemed to offer a variety of food options. It’s a little out of town for those without transport, but suited us great as we were just passing through from Switzerland to France
