Idéalement située à seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville d'Annecy et déjà en pleine nature face au majestueux Semnoz, notre maison des années 30 vous charmera par son atmosphère unique et chaleureuse.

Notre maison offre 5 chambres cosy, toutes dotées de nombreux rangements pour un confort optimal.

* Une chambre parentale avec un lit double.
* Une chambre avec un lit double.
* Deux chambres chaleureuses avec un lit simple chacune, parfaites pour les enfants ou les amis.
* Une charmante chambre avec deux lits simples.

La maison dispose de 2 salles de bains fonctionnelles et confortables :

* L'une avec une baignoire pour des instants de détente.
* L'autre avec une douche.

Et d’une cuisine toute équipée pour des moments gourmands :
Four, lave-vaisselle, machine à café filtre, bouilloire.

Notre maison est également un paradis pour petits et grands avec à partir du 1 er juin, une très belle piscine non chauffée de 10m par 5m à disposition, et une salle de jeu !
