We enjoyed our stay at this home! The location was perfect; so close to the beach and shops. The management company was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. There were chairs, coolers and umbrellas for us to use at the beach. The pool was the perfect temp and we enjoyed it after the beach each day. The house was a great size with plenty of room for us to hang out and very clean. Plenty of bath towels and beach/pool towels. I wish there were more blankets. Each bed has a thin quilt blanket. No extra blankets for those who needed it or for sitting on the couch. Would have been a nice touch to make the house more cozy. We also had to turn on the sink to get the shower water to warm up and stay warm in the bathrooms on the middle floor. Neither of these things ruined our trip/experience but when you are paying for a "luxury" rental you don't expect to encounter things like this.

We had a great time at this house. It was close to the beach and a few restaurants and ice cream shop. There were chairs and umbrellas in the garage for us to use, which was a huge help. I also love that there’s a noise ordinance. It was a relaxing vacation from our Disney vacation.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay. The home is gorgeous. The backyard pool was a nice perk, feeling secluded and private. The teens enjoyed the Foosball table. The kitchen was pretty and well stocked. The beds were comfy. The bathrooms are Beautiful and modern. The location is within waking distance to the beach, restaurants and cute shops. A very nice, clean and spacious property. Great central location but on a busy cut through street. Light bulbs are too bright- need dimmers or lower wattage. Good for large family or friend groups. Would benefit from an additional seating/work area. Overall a nice and functional property.

A full length mirror needs to be added to the single bedroom with no attached bathroom. There is no mirror in that bedroom and no way to use it to get ready.

Anna Maria Dream Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The location, accommodations and backyard pool area were perfect. Property is located just two blocks from Pine Avenue and 1 1/2 blocks from a beautiful beach. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. The house was decorated very tastefully, cabinets were stocked with plenty of glasses, dishes, silverware, pots, and pans. Our mattresses and all of the rooms were very comfortable. Plenty of beach towels were supplied. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and pool area. There was a putting green, foosball table and eating area. Both the pool and hot tub were clean and the temperature was quite comfortable. I would recommend this property highly, and would stay here again.

Beautiful home - tastefully decorated - clean with comfortable beds - pool heater was not working on arrival and was repaired next day - surprisingly loud pool heater noise - pool door alarms had to be repaired a couple of times - dishwasher front metal cover continued to fall off - outside patio tv never worked and we were told owner needed to be contacted for permission to replace it, didn't happen for our visit - burned out lightbulb in one bedroom ceiling fan -

House was great and located near everything on the north end of the island. Just make sure all guest can use stairs. I had a small issue with a toilet and AMI sent a plumber out and fixed it. We would definitely stay there again.

Wow!

This may be one of my favourite places I've ever stayed. The house is beautifully decorated, I loved the beachy theme. The pool was a huge hit for our family; it was so warm, we just melted into the water and didn't want to get out! The location could not be beat, minutes away from the beach. The house was spotless and very well equipped. My husband and I are already thinking about when we might be able to return!
