Bed was extremely comfortable and blankets super soft. Room was basic and suited our needs, price was right and the breakfast was pretty good! They have waffle irons, and thought it was a cute touch that one of them had the U of M logo in the middle so your waffle has the M in the middle. Over good location, clean, and quiet would stay again

Room needs more cleaning, ventilation looks like it needs a good cleaning. Is dirty with cow webs in the ventilation bents. Also the toilet bowl is yellow due to lack of cleaning. Ceiling needs a fresh paint, it got some dark spots on it.
