Cute house - uncomfortable beds

We booked this house because we could bring our dogs and had 6 of us. The house was cute and the location was good. The things we were less than impressed with - The mattresses were VERY firm. I don’t mind a firm mattress but this pushed our limits. The thermostat was locked so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Sometimes it was very hot and other times cold. Very random temps. No extra blankets available and the basement was cold. The kitchen had a broken cabinet door and part of the stove had a loose piece of metal. It would’ve been nice to have folder or welcome book to talk about WiFi, local restaurants, etc. There was only one outlet in the upstairs bedrooms - so a power strip would be nice. The stairs were Very creaky and woke people up. A few minor changes and this would be a very nice place to stay.
