Really bad experience this is the second time im booking from expedia and having bad experience the hotel was dirty and very insecure location we were really scared the whole night it is in gangster peoples place.

it wasn't like that i expected. Dampness on the walls, old air conditioners, old carpets, hair residue in the bathroom. The receptionist who came on the second day was rude. The location and breakfast were good.

Helpful staff, tea available at all times, great breakfast, lovely comfy bed and wonderful view of the mosque and city. Only small thing, the toilet roll holder was broken and fell out of the wall.

Very convenient & safe location, in the old section of Ankara, close to bus, taxi, market. hammam (Sengul) The staff is super helpful, and courteous, excellent for directions, shoppiing . Stayed there for a week while my mom was recovering from her surgery. The staff was exceptionally friendly and eager to help. The room was clean. They do not have non-smoke rooms, so expect some smoke smell. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here once again.
