Worth it !

Definitely priced right. People working are professional. Some maintenance problems are prevalent. If traveling to Ankara during warm weather I would recommend it to stay there because of a nice outdoor pool.

This is a old hotel with a very unfriendly service. They will charge you extra with any excuse they get. There are only refugees stay here, lots kids, noises and slow elevators. Avoid if you can .

Lovely staff but needs refurbishment.

Lovely staff, they were the best part of the hotel. Breakfast was also good (Turkish style breakfast). However, the hotel itself need a little refurbishment. I asked to switch rooms, but even the non-smoking rooms smelled of stale cigarettes. On another negative note, I had issues with other male guest trying to get into my room late at night, scary but reception were quick to help. I also heard other male guests shouting late into the night, which is not the hotel’s fault, but it has put me off coming back.

Horrible hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was terrible. The air conditioning didn’t work for 3 days they gave us a new room every day so we stayed in 3 different rooms and no AC the bathroom was not so clean. The pool had several missing tiles and limited sun beds. And if the sun beds are full you can’t enter the pool area. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone. The view from the hotel room was like a joke, there is an apartment building next to it and they can se right into the room if the curtains are open. Don’t go there unless you want a terrible experience!

The Worst Experience: Total Disrespect and Broken

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Before booking online, I called the reservations desk and received verbal confirmation that we would be provided with an extra bed. However, when we arrived late at night, despite being exhausted, we were kept waiting in the lobby for over an hour. The night staff told us that since the morning staff made the promise, they could not honor it. As a result, I had to spend the entire night sitting in a chair. This unprofessional and disrespectful behavior was truly shocking to me.

Odadayken ve kapı kilitliyken bir görevli kilidi ve kapıyı açtı dolu deyince de boş oda kontrolü yapıyorum deyip çıktı. Açıkçası boş oda kontrolü yapması hiç mantıklı gelmedi ama niyetini bilemem. Otelde zaten hangi odaların boş veya dolu olduğu bellidir diye düşünüyorum. Biraz rahatsız ediciydi. Yatak da oldukça eskiydi. Geri kalan durumlar iyiydi.
