Cocoonr offers you this charming 179 m² house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 12 guests, to rent in Aniane. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,500 m². - Bedroom 5: with 4 single beds, ideal for children or teenagers (80x190), and a balcony

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (4x8m) open from May to October (opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions).
- A beautiful 2,500 m² partially fenced garden.
- 40 m² outdoor terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- 16 m² outdoor wooden terrace with table for 12 people.

The house is ideally located in Aniane, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Visits to villages such as Saint-Guilhem le désert, La Couvertoirade, etc...
- Natural sites such as the Cirque de Mourèze, the Cirque de Navacelles, the Clamouse cave, the Salagou lake, etc...
- Aniane is a stopover village on the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela. There are many beautiful walks to be enjoyed from Aniane or Saint-Guilhem.
- Canoeing and kayaking in the Hérault gorges
- Swimming at the Pont du Diable.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (6 vehicles).

- Nearest train station: Gignac bus station (5 kms) and Montpellier Saint-Roch SNCF train station (37 kms)
- Nearest airport: Montpellier Fréjorgues airport (48 kms)
