The room was okay, but the shower had an unpleasant smell, the sink was clogged, and the door wasn’t soundproof, so you could clearly hear the noise from outside. On my second night, I couldn’t sleep because the guests in the room next to mine were having a party, which shouldn’t be allowed in a hotel room—especially when the rooms aren’t soundproof. There are other guests in the hotel, not just them. When I called the front desk, they said they would tell them to quiet down, but nothing changed. They were still shouting, the TV was loud, and it even sounded like they were throwing things. It’s not a good place to rest, especially if you want some peace and quiet to think. Sorry to say, but this is my honest review and experience at this hotel. For me, if you’re looking for a place to relax, this is a no.

I asked the front desk to clean my room 5 days in a row, but they never cleaned it. When asking for towels or toiletries, you'd have to call the front desk multiple times and wait at least one hour. Horrible customer service. I will not return to this property ever again.

There wasnt really anything to like.The room was supposed to be a deluxe room and it was terrible. Holes in the walls very ugly,air con did nor work well,the girls at the front desk did not know their job and were not very professional. The breakfast that I paid for was not good.I travel a lot.Dont stay here.

Caught a good deal! Cannot complain too loudly! Lunch could have been better. Not because of the food but because of the FLIES!!! Aggressive, attacking, and waaay too many, to allow us to eat in peace. Plus flies are nasty!😐 We had the double bedroom with balcony. The rooms, although older, were quite spacious and had some modern equipment (TVs) but for the most part a bit dated. We were disappointed that the live band did not play as was scheduled on Friday... so, no live music or band. Again, for the price, room size, and quick overnighter, we cannot complain too much. but for review purposes, the place could use some upgrades

We didn’t end up staying at this hotel. Here’s why: Upon arrival, there was no room immediately available, and we experienced a short wait while one was prepared. Although this was not a major concern, we encountered additional issues shortly thereafter. The elevators were not functioning properly, and a security guard escorted us to our room to verify occupancy, which felt unusual. Upon entering the room, I noticed a cockroach crawling under the bed, and we were disappointed by the overall lack of cleanliness. Furthermore, the hotel appeared to be hosting a concert event during the weekend. While it is unclear whether this is a regular occurrence or a special event, it would be considerate for the hotel to recognize that not all guests are seeking a lively atmosphere during their stay. Given these concerns, we chose not to remain at the property and requested a refund. Additionally, the front desk staff inadvertently retained my driver’s license, requiring me to return to the hotel to retrieve it.

Staff said we could check out at 3pm then said 1pm. Then said couldn't check out late back to twelve. Then said ok 3 pm was fine. Then came knocking on the door at 1230. Found ants in bed bi me several times and swimming pool was dirty so kids couldn't swim. I guess you get what you pay for.
