Our washroom floor needs more scrubbing. Paint on the sink is peeling off. Needs more parking space near the hotel not mall parking. Pancakes and hashbrowns are hard as a rock, breakfast charge was not worth it. Staff service is excellent though! The hotel claims Clark Airport is 10 minutes ride but it was 22 minutes. But it’s still a decent hotel to stay. I would stay here again in the future.

It's worth it even though only 1 night

The receptionist who checked us in was very accommodating (Yanna i think the name). She explain all the amenities they offer even we are only staying for 1 night. After checking in it was raining so we didn't use the gym and pool until the next morning. The building still in good condition. The shower head have soap scum which is normally considering the turnover of each guest. The area was very convenient as it was connected to SM and restaurants.

My stay at Park Inn by Radisson Clark was excellent once again. The staff was warm, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a truly relaxing experience. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel’s location is very convenient. A/c keep getting hot, service is super slow and sometime forgotten the request. Bathroom is stinks, we have to special request to clean the bathroom every day, should be automatic. Towel is rough and over use. I will not recommend this hotel.
