Alta House is the perfect house for a family or group of friends to enjoy mountain adventure. This three-bedroom, three-bath house sleeps eight and is half a mile from the Angel Fire Resort ski area. The upper level has a fully-furnished kitchen with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher. The adjoining dining area seats six. The living area has wide windows to let in the sun and give a view of wildlife in the trees. The loveseat and sofa seat up to five comfortably and face the wood-burning fireplace and the flat-screen TV with DirecTV service. The wraparound deck can be accessed from the living room. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV with DirecTV service, and access to the balcony. The en suite bath has a combo shower/tub and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin/twin bunk beds. There is a hall bath for these two bedrooms, which has a shower/tub combo.
The lower level has a living area with two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a table for playing card or board games. There is a third full bath with a shower/tub combo.
Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house. This home also comes with a full-size washer and dryer. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

Alta House is a dog-friendly home; up to two of your dogs can stay for an additional fee.

PLEASE NOTE - There is a flight of exterior stairs to reach the entrance of this home.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Two twin/twin bunk beds.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, toaster, drip coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning fireplace, games table, flat-screen TVs. Central heating.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Wraparound deck with seating.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Alta House is half a mile from the ski area (a 2.5-minute drive) and 2.5 miles (7 minutes driving) from the country club.
PARKING: The two-car garage may be accessed from inside the house. The driveway will accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
