The location and house was good. The management company get back to you with it hours and very courteous. But house was not clean as there was used toiletries were in the bathrooms, humon hairs on bedsheets in all 3 bedrooms. One of the downstairs bedroom has old spring mattress with no bedskirts. We ended up sleeping in family room coaches as Upstairs bedroom has stinky bugs and dead flys everywhere. no pest control was done as house was not in used for months according to management company. Also needed some blinds atlest on kitchen side as there are multiple cabins togather and no privacy in kitchen or family room. None of the bathrooms has toilate pepper holders. And whole cabin has only 2 small mirrors in bathrooms.

Debíamos de ponernos en contacto con una persona que nos daría las instrucciones para la entrada a la propiedad. Deanna A. Lo hicimos con 3 días de anticipacion en varias ocasiones por llamada, correo, Wa , etc. sin respuesta. Finalamente, tras insistir a Hoteles.com , se contactó una persona muy amable de Evolve, para indicarnos esperáramos instrucciones de la persona que nos debería de contactar o le llamáramos, aún cuando le insistimos no habíamos logradola comunicación Estuvimos a punto de rentar otra propiedad por Air B B dado que era 24 de diciembre, veníamos con todo para preparar la cena a las 4 de la tarde , maletas y familia, y no sabíamos si podríamos entrar a la propiedad o no. Situación bastante estresante. Finalmente nos contacto Deanna, y nos proporcionó un código para ingresar, que no sirvió de mucho, ya que la propiedad se encontraba abierta. Sugiero tener cuidado con las contrataciones y compartir la información para la llegada con tiempo de antelación, Hay veces, como nosotros que veniamos de un viaje de 12 horas por tierra y sin tener una certeza, en una fecha tan importante como 24 de diciembre, y no saber si cuentas con el alojamiento que pagaste o no.
