The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, heating, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



Please note that cleaning service is not provided, but for stays longer than 7 days, towels and bed linen can be supplied. The apartment features a private balcony. There is also a large shared garden with a table and chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue below the property, accessible via the stairs to the left of the building.
