Overpriced. Average hotel price gouging for home football game. They know there are no other alternatives. They did try to make it nice though but you can only do so much with this property.

Property is showing its age. Carpet in room had a mildewy smell, shower door didn't seal and water leaked onto the floor, toilet was loose and toilet seat was broken. Location is what it has going for it.

This hotel reminded me of a hotel that gets a lot of traffic and it does like Gatlinburg. Everything was clean but repairs that had been made were messy. Blankets over couches in lobby to cover cracked fabric. The staff were very friendly. Depends on how picky you are if it’s a go or a no. Like I said clean and friendly.

First room carpet was wet and lights between beds didn't work. Had to get them to give us another room. Traffic getting out of parking lot hard at times. Shower dirty. Microwave on bottom of cabinet. Had to get down on all 4's to get food in and out. Ice machine on top floor at opposite end from the elevator. Nobody servicing the flood court. No milk, no bread for toaster, waffle batter empty by 7:30. Won't stay there again.

I love the waffles for breakfast but the juices were all empty both mornings we were there. The coffee was undrinkable. I did like the options for breakfast. I love how convenient it was to everything.
