Scenic serenity is undeniable at this sprawling 5 acre lakefront vacation rental house! Boasting 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, and a private dock, this property has it all for a unique retreat on Lake Hartwell. Enjoy days boating, fishing, and swimming with 500 feet of waterfront! Shopping centers & restaurants in Anderson are only a few minutes away while Clemson University Football and Death Valley are 11 miles away, or about a 15 minute drive.
Description of layout: The newly renovated house boast 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. On the top floor is a private master suite with vaulted ceilings and a luxurious bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower. Down the hall is a bedroom with a full bed and trundle underneath. Enjoy the window seat and built in storage as you look out over the lake. There is also a small private bathroom with shower.
On the main floor there are two living areas (both with large screen TV's) as well as a well equipped kitchen, no need to bring common condiments or dishes as we have you covered! There is a family room off the kitchen as well as large living area with access to the covered porch (with dinning and seating and stairs to lower level). The dining room seats 10 and is perfect for all your family and friends. Rooms on this floor consist of a bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom that has access to the main living area. The bedroom off the kitchen is perfect for kids with a queen/twin bunk bed as well as a twin trundle. There is also a bathroom off the kitchen with shower.
The lower level is pure fun! We have an arcade, foosball table, air hockey and bumper pool. There are loads of board games as well as outdoor cornhole. In the living room enjoy a large screen TV and full size sleeper/sofa. In the adjacent bedroom is a queen bed as well as a twin daybed. There's a newly remodeled bathroom that has access off the bedroom and laundry area. In the laundry you will find plenty of laundry detergent, extra towels, life vests etc. to enjoy in the hot tub or down on the dock!
Outside off the lower level is pure peace, privacy and serenity. We have a beautiful hot tub, loungers and kayaks to enjoy on the massive dock that is all yours during your stay.
Surveillance devices, including security cameras and smart doorbells for safety and security are in use outside the property.

Our family all came in town for Thanksgiving and we rented the house so we could all be together. The house was perfect. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of room. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was well supplied. The dining area was large enough so we could all get around the table. There are two gathering areas so plenty of space to sit and talk and play games. Each time we had a question there was a quick response. The driveway is a little steep but once you are there it feels like you are in a secluded Mtn cabin. We would definitely stay again!

Our extended family had a great time at this beautiful lakefront home. Family ages ranged from 1 - 76, so this is not always easy. We had space for everyone, and the kitchen /eating area were a fun hangout. The oversized dock with seating was a huge bonus. The only things I would improve is an extra kitchen trash can, an extra outside trash can, and a bit of a better path down to the lake. But the effort was worth it! We had a ball, floating, swimming and jumping in to the lake! And the renovations to the house are great. Also appreciated are the kitchen necessities...containers, bags, a few spices... all in all, it was absolutely the experience we were hoping for. Thank you!

This house was very comfortable to live in and easily fit our large family. There was a nice sized back yard for wiffle ball or other yard games. Although it was chilly the weekend we visited, the dock access was nice and we enjoyed some quiet time on the dock.

There was plenty of room for us to fit around the dining room table.

Our family is 5 couples, so having the 5 bedrooms and 5 baths was key! The house is close to Clemson, which was convenient and we actually found a park nearby with walking/running paths - another huge plus!

Finding the house is really tricky, so pay close attention to the directions from the host!

This was a lovely property that had great space inside and out. We had plenty of room to cook and just spread out inside with all the kids. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the pots and pans we could posssibly need. We also had plenty of patio and yard space, and we really liked that part of the yard was fenced to keep toddlers contained.The house was lovely, and so well maintained. And the bedding was crisp and clean. This property was top notch, and we would definitely stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The lakefront retreat met all of our expectations and more. It was a perfect location to enjoy our Clemson football weekend with gorgeous views on the lake. Host was a pleasure to communicate with and the house was well equipped, clean, and very inviting with plenty of space. Beds were so comfortable and each room/ bathroom had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The great weather allowed us to enjoy the porches every morning and we even dined outside one night. The hot tub was a hit with the teen children. We look forward to staying at this property again!

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at this beautiful lakefront home on Lake Hartwell, and it was such a peaceful escape. The house had plenty of space for our big group, and the kids loved the dock, hot tub, air hockey, and fishing. The view of the lake was gorgeous, and it was so relaxing to wake up surrounded by nature. It was the perfect spot to slow down, reconnect, and make some lasting memories.

Amazing Rental!

We had a wonderful stay! Sari was always very responsive and very accommodating to whenever we had questions. We had 8 adults ranging from age 20-48, and three children ages 3,3, and 6… and we definitely all had plenty of personal space. This house has anything and everything you could possibly need: Linens, towels, beach towels Toilet paper (no need to bring your own) Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand soapAll Laundry supplies Kitchen has EVERYTHING, even coffee podsStep stool in the laundry room if you need to get into your cargo carrier Plenty of fans and extra blankets, even though the house stayed perfectly regulated with the temp we set Board games/Life jackets Everything was spotless and perfectly thought out. Outdoor patio was perfect for our family board game each night. *I would like to see added to the listing that the driveway is a hill with two S curves. We could not get our boat trailer up to the house after docking the boat. That was a minor detail and we stored it elsewhere after seeing the driveway, and it definitely would not hamper us staying there again. I would highly recommend Sari’s house to anyone needing a place to stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Fantastic family reunion

The house was perfect for our family reunion from grandparents to as young as 9 years old. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and grill for our family while we enjoyed our days boating on the lake. We had a great time and my parents loved having the whole family together. Highly recommend!

This house is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with many extras. The kitchen is large and easy. There are many rooms in which to gather, and our group loved that. The back porch is big and inviting. We loved the old farm table. The bathrooms are new, with lots of high quality towels and other extras. Highly recommend!!!

Overall it was a great visit. The bedroom on the main level was very cold, and the heater in the closet did not work. We had to buy a small heater because a 7 month old baby was sleeping in that room with the parents and it was freezing, The master bedroom was hot!

A wonderful getaway

This was a great alternate to my groups original plans to visit WNC which were unexpectedly changed by Helene. We had a great time on the property as well as visiting Greenville. The endless amenities kept us entertained throughout our stay and we grew closer as friends. Truly an amazing property.
