Front desk staff were great. We arrived late due to delay from the train and were greated with all smiles. We found out we were booked at the annex which was a half block to a block away from main entrance, staff was extremely helpful and offered to switch us to a different room with ease. Thankful to have shuttle service to the airport but wish there was shuttle service from the train station. All in all it was a nice experience.

Absolutely deplorable conditions, DO NOT book here! The Annex wing is a glorfied homeless shelter. Dirty, stinky and UNSAFE! Privately spoke with management and he actually starting arguing with me and accusing me of lying! I have NEVER experienced a stay so disgusting and disrespectful. I HATE THIS PLACE!

I got bitten by an insect in my bed. It looked like a possible bed bug bite to me as there were multiple bite marks in a small location. When I went to mention it to the property agent, she was extremely dismissive of my concerns and after taking a look at the bite(s) and the welts that had followed, she hastiy told me that it couldn't possibly be a bed bug but that it was a spider.
