Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
We liked that it was near the airport. We were looking forward to a relaxing few days. We were told by email to call when were on the curb at door 6. They knew their phones were out, and approximately what time we were to arrive, but no effort was made to pick us up, Other shuttle drivers found them and told them we were waiting.
We were told their was a workout room or what ever they called it. Two walkers and one stationary bike in a tiny room.
There was no body soap or lotion in the dispensers in our room, toys and extra ice lid under the chair, stained sheets and just a general lack of pride or care. Oops, the key doesn't open the closet so we can't get supplies. No towels by the pool, shelves totally empty. The television was a mess. There was a plastic holder with some references to channels, but they weren't accurate.
Breakfast was okay, more apologies for being out of stuff and pancake machine was there but the sweet lady could not keep it working.
The one lady where you could check in, polite but not helpful, just lots of apologies but the other who worked in the office, came out to the front desk and she was helpful and courteous, even when the key cards would erase themselves, several times, And yes, I WAS CAREFUL TO KEEP THEM AWAY FROM PHONES.
I gave it the 2 stars because of the two ladies that tried to either fix things or help with the difficulties caused because of the indifference shown on every front.
