Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Breakfast was the best buffet we had in a hotel in quite awhile (usually the eggs are runny or dried out). The pool was cold but appeared clean.

Never Again

The road noise is horrible. Stated here 2 years ago and it was load as well but now it’s hard to go to sleep with it being so load. The air conditioner leaks in the room so if you are walking around in your socks they will get soaked. Called the front desk and they said they were aware of the problem in other rooms but not this one. Didn’t have another room the could move to since this was one I had to moved to because I found people clothes in the floor from my last room. Clearly they are not cleaning the rooms with clothes in the floor. Worst hotel we stayed at out of 4 hotels we stayed at in Alaska.

This property had the most specialized room for a handicapped individual. The tub/shower must of had at least 6 bars to hold on to, so as not to fall. The room was large and clean. They had a great breakfast every morning, serving until 9:30 some mornings for late people. I would stay here again!

Great place if you like a soft bed.

Great service, very clean and relatively new hotel. Bed is too soft. Breakfast was great. Overall, a great place if you're OK with a very soft bed. For me, I would have to choose differently next time.
