Office in a dedicated room with books, games, music and workout equipment. Washer and dryer. The lawn’s lush and landscaped with flower beds and raspberry bushes. If you are lucky enough to book in August, feel free to enjoy the fresh organic raspberries. The huge back fenced in backyard is meant for lounging, picnicking, and grilling on the charcoal grill.

    At Russian Jack Park just blocks away, join in soccer and baseball, or skateboard in Anchorage’s only concrete skate park at the polar bear playground.     Another Great Stay!
    We've stayed here before and it somehow was better. See my original review below. The hosts are always amazing and even allowed us to have a late check out. This place is definitely a favorite of ours.

    Our Family stayed here during a move while one house sold & the new house closed.
    Location in regards to necessities was awesome. The neighborhood kids egged our cars the last night. That was disappointing. The fence for the dog was awesome but she learned to jump it. It was still convenient tho. It is a dark apartment & we froze anytime the temp went to 10*. I understand it was the windows & they were to be remodeled after we left. The furniture was uncomfortable but pretty. The kitchen was well stocked with herbs & spices. That was fun. It was only fair considering the expense. I wouldn’t stay again. Tho the owners are the sweetest people you could ever meet. It just needs some TLC.

    Nice Experience & Dogs welcomed.
    We stayed here between selling a home & closing on the new one so it was a long stay. The apartment provides all your needs & the upstairs landlords are super nice & helpful. It’s home away from home & that’s just what we needed. The apartment is a bit older but still very clean & welcoming. Our Lab totally enjoyed the huge fenced in area to run & play in. Location is close for all your needs. We spent A Birthday here & the Holidays at Christmas. It has definitely been a sweet place to stay.

    My family stayed for 2 months at this property during the selling & buying of a new home with a move. It’s a clean & cozy daylight basement apartment perfect for 4 people. We had 5 at times. It’s perfect for dogs. It has a huge yard that is safe for them to run & play. That was the selling factor for us. The owners live upstairs & are the nicest, most helpful people you would ever want to meet. VRBO worked very well with us. When you stay anywhere over time you notice details that could be improved but it’s a great stay & would do it again. The beds are extra firm. That was hard for me. The kitchen needs some updates but has the basics. The living room furniture does smell like the dogs we love but the dog is why we stayed. Maybe deeper cleaning between guest could help. But all in all the people & the process has been flawless & I would recommend them highly especially if you have a dog. The owners are just Angels & fix things immediately. Thank you VRBO.

    We loved our stay at this property. Our dog loved the yard to play in. The grounds are very neat and clean. We love that part of town. Nice neighborhood and nicer hosts. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available for future trips.

    Just what we needed
    This duplex was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in anchorage. The place is just as described and the yard and raspberry bushes were an added bonus.
