Centrally located yet out of the way in a natural forested setting, this rental is under two miles from Alyeska Resort, where you'll find world-class skiing, scenic summer tram rides, and fine dining. In the summer, hike the spectacular Crow Pass, Iditarod, or Winner Creek Trails into surrounding glaciers in the Chugach National Forest, and then end the day by soaking in the hot tub. It was a cozy little place. Loved the hot tub. Why I chose it. ’HOT TUB NO LONGER AVAILABLE AFTER OCT 2023’ was in an email I received after booking. In one of the drop downs in the middle of home description stuff. But on the check in email it was good. Just threw me for a loop, especially since in was caps.

Great little cabin tucked away in a culdesac, but the trees all around made it feel secluded. The mountain view from the hot tub was a bonus!My only negative was the soap in the shower - the bottles were mostly empty and there was 2 body washes but no shampoo.

Fabulous Place to Stay

I was in Anchorage for work and wanted to stay where I could enjoy the outdoors instead of a downtown hotel. The Christina cabin was perfect!! Great location near Girdwood and Alyeska Ski Resort. I also got to enjoy the breathtaking views on the way to Anchorage each day. The cabin had everything I needed and wanted.

Great place! Beautiful location, great view, cozy cabin with all the necessary amenities. The hot tub smelled a little funny but that didnt stop us from enjoying it! Not sure if thats the normal smell or someone has fallen behind on cleaning.The worst part of the trip was dealing with vacasa. I do not care for their customer service and dislike supporting their company.It is really a special spot and would like to stay again-- would love to do so without having to deal with vacasa. Alaska Snowboard Trip

Very cozy, great location and felt very private. Kitchen was very functional, and radio with local radio station was a great plus! Hot tub was clean and made for a relaxing way to watch for the northern lights or the next snowstorm.

Yuck!

We arrived at the cabin, and the road to the cabin wasn't well-maintained. So we had to park down the hill and carry our things up the icy hill. Once we arrived, we found that the property had not been cleaned. There were used towels in the bathtub, tampons in the trash, used dishes on the counters, and the bed was slept in and not made or sheets changed. We called and received a refund.

Place was nice and had all the things needed for 2 people. Kitchen supplies were better than most places with all upgrades pots and pans and utensils. Ladder might be a problem for some getting up to the loft for some. Only complaint is the door code was malfunctioning and had to wait for a back up person to come and open the door with a key from the key lock box. 1.5 hours to get in. Owner does not need to have a 10 digit code to open a door. In all my travels 4 to 5 code is efficient. And male sure batteries are fully charged at all times on the security lock.

Quaint Place

Very cute cabin, has a hot tub on the back porch that was not full when we were there, but it would be very nice I’m sure. The ladder is steep as the listing states but it’s nothing to worry about if you have good balance and don’t sleepwalk. We would definitely stay again. Hopefully the hot tub would be operational next time.

Cozy Cabin

Beautiful cabin in the woods. Clean and nice. A couple of things to know about this place is the only access to the loft is climbing a steep ladder and also, the automatic lock was malfunctioning and you had to try more than 4 times to open the door.
