Stone farmhouse rental, located in a quiet hamlet, near ANCELLE ski resort ((5 min), ST LEGER LES MELEZES (7min), ORCIERES (20 min).
Lots of character, living area 140m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 with dressing room, 2 bathrooms, 2 scenography dissociated, 1 large kitchen, adjoining laundry room, 1 large lounge / dining room, 1 ski room.
Outside, terrace and courtyard pebbles (possibility of parking 3 cars), barbecue, 200m2 garden adjoining, all fence and gate.
PS: sheets and towels not provided. Upon return of the keys, at your departure, during the inventory, cleaning fees may be requested if it has deteriorated compared to your arrival.

ANCELLE LES MATHERONS

Village trés agréable à proximiter de toutes actvités ne dépassent pas les 15 min en voiture. Maison trés spatieuse et bien équipée. Acceuil trés sympatique ! Nous recommandons ce logement pour un beau séjour en famille.

Fraicheur et calme

Très grande maison, bien équipée (batterie de cuisine comme à la maison et sèche-linge appréciable). La douche du rez de chaussée mériterait une remise à neuf mais pour le reste rien à redire: propre, joli et fonctionnel.

Une maison agréable et fonctionnelle

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse et il y a tout le confort nécessaire : jardin, barbecue, lave et sèche linge, lave vaisselle, 2 Seb, 2 wc... Elle se situe dans un hameau près d Ancelle, à quelques minutes du plan d eau du Champsaur, à proximité des activités. Cependant, il est nécessaire de se déplacer en voiture (ou vélo). Une charmante maison pour passer de bonnes vacances à 8.

Tout est super ,quelques petits aménagements seraient appréciables (lits bruyants métalliques,manque de meubles de jardin ) Mais tout est bien pensé et nous avons passé un excellent séjour
