This is a decent hotel in the heart of Osaka. The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. Only thing is, I wish there was more natural light in the lobby.

Beautiful day at this hotel. Rooms were large and beautiful. Location was close to station and Shinbaiahi shopping street. Staff were wonderful. Special thanks to David at reception who helped with luggage forwarding, booking appointments and making phone calls to confirm opening hours for facilities we needed. Treat yourself and sty here!

Great hotel, great location. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast, the only fault was the breakfast as a westerner burgers fried chicken and pork skewers and chips are not for us , no toast or scrambled egg in sight shame as this let us down.
