We've stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years and this was the first time with it as a Marriott property. Unfortunately, it was our last. The service was terrible this time. Staff was rude! We arrived at breakfast 10 minutes before the time it ended and we're treated so rudely. They told us we'd have to take it to go on a paper plate, most of the hot food was shady taken away and as we were next in line to use the eagle maker, they took the batter away as we reached for it. Can't believe joining the Marriott brand made the service decline so much, but unfortunately it did and now the amenities can't even make it worth staying there again.
