Clean rooms , no hot tub . Pay $50 for underground parking. Rooftop great for fireworks. Variety of breakfast items I really liked that breakfast ran until 9:30am. 4 stars because no hot tub . Friendly staff. We didn’t check in until after our visit to Disney so I couldn’t say how far the park was.

Nice but not good

Great location to the mouse but $40 and night to park is too extreme. There is a sign prior to parking lot that says to use your hotel key to access the garage but the garage are was always up. The room was clean but they only clear your room every other day and the bed was horrible, after a long day at the mouse you need a nice comfortable bed, not hard plywood mattress.

We stayed in a family style room by disneyland so it was not quiet but we knew what we were getting into. The staff was excellent at the desk and they were so helpful. They anticipated our needs when we needed to unload with small children and let us park in a 15 minute space while we got situated. Breakfast buffet was very good and had healthy options. Thank you!

Noisy and a little run down

Front staff were all wonderful and helpful! Room was a little run down and cleanliness could be improved. Pool area is tiny and no hot tub. Breakfast gets extremely busy and was mediocre but fine considering it is included. Biggest issue was it was very loud all nights we were there the walls/floors are extremely thin.

It wasn’t clean. Our room had no TP or towels. Sheets had holes and were stained. Staff was rude. And we’re still trying to get the billing amount right. We filed fraud with our bank
