Only one outlet out of all, in the room worked, hot water was available for only about 2 minutes after turning on the shower, even after following the instructions posted on the bathroom wall. Staff was helpful and courteous These are basic requirements and cannot be compromised upon.

The hotel is close to the airport which is the only good thing. The rooms are dull and dingy and the bathrooms ill designed. Breakfast is way below standard.

Raddison Blue is better than Park inn
Overall condition of the hotel was poor. Staff was nice. I came from US and was expecting better hotel. Previously , I stayed in Raddison Blue and I was not that there is another hotel called Raddison Park Inn. I lived Raddison Blue and I did not like Park inn. It’s my mistake and I didn’t know that there are two different kind of hotels next to each other. I will recommend not to book park inn qnf always book Raddison Blue.

Amritsar has a few choice of top rated hotels
while I waited for long in the airport for the free shuttle , the driver was given a wrong phone number by the reservation team , so had to shell out many time more for a short ride with Uber, I do appreciate the staff are trying their best to keep everything going , but there are untrained staff who dont answer if they are not able to , stay was OK just as any other 3 star hotel, lots could be improved as it is a prime property , food was not bad but not in the great category.
