Top Location

Die Location war/ist perfekt. Wunderwar. Die Qualität der Bungalows ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Bungalow direkt unten am Strand hat eine unvergleichlichen Ausblick direkt auf den Strand und das Meer. Alles war immer sehr sauber und gut unterhalten!

Excelente para descansar

Um paraíso para descansar. Fica um pouco longe do centrinho de Icaraizinho, então a ideia é curtir o hotel - piscina boa, praia logo na frente e comida excelente! Quarto grande, varanda, rede. Equipe atenciosa e simpática. Pontos fracos: internet estava muito lenta, cerveja quente - troquei para caipiroskas e estavam ótimas, travesseiros finos e simples, podiam ser mais confortáveis, assim como a cama. No geral, voltaria, um descanso muito gostoso realmente frente mar.

Sensacional! Bangalôs amplos, confortáveis e com bela decoração. Localização perfeita, pé na areia. Únicas ressalvas foram jacuzzi vazando consumindo muita agua para se manter cheia e o chuveiro gelado sem água e, portanto, só saía agua muito quente, que foi reparado no dia seguinte

O hotel fica numa área bonita, de frente para a praia. Porém, o quarto está bem velho, precisando de uma urgente modernização. O chuveiro, além de muito fraco, não mantinha a temperatura da água. No meio do banho, do nada a água ficava gelada ou queimando.

Ótima opção pé na areia

Ao chegarmos não tinha ninguém para ajudar com a bagagem, tem uma rampa íngreme do estacionamento em obras até os quartos. O quarto escolhido decepcionou, pouco confortável, pequeno, exposto a chuva. Tentamos uma troca no check-in sem sucesso. Depois que reclamamos, fomos muito bem tratados, a equipe não poupou esforços para tornar nossa estadia a melhor possível. Recebemos mimos por conta de meu aniversário, a gerência se mostrou atenta e disponível para entender nosso descontentamento, percebemos que demos muito azar em nosso check-in e na escolha da acomodação. A pousada é muito legal, a concierge é um amor, a equipe é atenciosa, café da manhã ótimo, área da piscina linda, uma ótima opção pra ficar. Acabamos tendo uma estadia bem legal, o mal estar foi revertido por conta da disposição da pousada em nos atender bem.

O hotel é excelente em todos os aspectos porém precisam deixar registrado que um dos quartos tem chuveiro “aberto”, no bangalô o banheiro não tem teto e isso não estava descrito. Como choveu alguns dias eu tive que tomar um banho quente na chuva, acontece também a entreda de bichos como pererecas…o chuveiro também não tinha meio termo, ou era quente demais ou gelado demais. Ajustando essas coisas não tenho mais motivos nenhum para falar, café da manhã excelente, restaurante excelente.

Precisa urgente melhorar o atendimento

Experiência ruim, apesar do lugar paradisíaco, a estrutura do hotel já está antiga e com problemas de conservação. Mas o principal problema é o atendimento: falta de pessoal, pouca proatividade, serviço lento ou inexistente. Entre mosquitos, goteiras, problemas no ar condicionado e falta de pessoal para atendimento, a estadia deixou muito a desejar considerando o preço cobrado. Não entrega o valor cobrado e existem opções melhores na região.

Estrutura e café incríveis, com algumas ressalvas

O lugar é lindo, limpo, café da manhã delicioso, e em termos de estrutura entrega muito. O ponto negativo foi porque fomos em baixa temporada, e possivelmente enxugaram demais a quantidade de funcionários e as atividades ao ar livre. Notamos que eram poucos funcionários pra demanda da quantidade de pessoa, e apesar do atendimento ter mantido sua qualidade, eles estavam sobrecarregados. Em uma das noites, só havia um garçom e 2 cozinheiros pra umas 20 pessoas. Além disso, o Instagram menciona algumas atividades como fogueira, DJ, apresentações de sunset, mas apenas na alta temporada, o que frustra um pouco as expectativas. Apesar das ressalvas, recomendo a estadia, muito agradável.
