Had small issues with first room the manager switched me to large suite and make sure me and my family are comfortable with the new room . the hotel is relatively new and in excellent condition. It’s located in a mall so quite convenient if you’d like to do some shopping. They upgraded our first night to a suite as a courtesy of welcome. It made our stay here in this hotel and in Amman generally speaking, a more memorable one.
