Welcome to this mountain chalet, situated in an undisturbed location in fantastic surroundings in the high mountains with panoramic views over the valley. Here you can fish in the mountain lakes and hike through the beautiful natural terrain. The nearby Hillestad Gallery is a lovely place to visit. There you will find a café, a gallery shop and exhibitions. You can also get local information here and there is a playground for the little ones. Hillestadheia is considered a snow-sure area, and in winter there are groomed trails and cross-country skis for hire. The large terrace offers you a great view over Tovdal and the opportunity to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while you barbecue and relax.
