Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 25 m² studio apartment in Amiens, which was completely refurbished in early 2023 and can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty living room with a sleeping area, a fitted kitchenette, a shower room and a terrace. Bed linen and towels are included. The south-west-facing flat is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV (Molotov & Netflix), WiFi (fibre optic), sofa, dining area and a sleeping area separated by a glass roof with a double bed (140×190).
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside:
- A private terrace of around 10 m² with furniture (plancha, table and chairs) to enjoy the fine weather.

The studio is ideally located in Amiens, close to the city centre, universities and CHU, in a very pleasant and peaceful environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Come and discover the House of Jules Vernes and also Notre-Dame d'Amiens, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world.
- Slide into a floating world: The hortillonnages.
- Amiens' lively town centre has all the shops you could wish for, and you can stroll through the Saint-Leu district while sampling the Macarons d'Amiens.
- A cycle parking space is available for the more sporty or those who want to explore the hortillonnages, Amiens town centre, the 3 châteaux walk, the Boves valley or the Somme valley.

Public transport :
- Free parking is available close to the accommodation.
- Bus: The N2 bus at the foot of the flat will take you to the CHU, the universities, the main station and the town centre in 10 minutes.
- Nearest train station: Amiens, about 10 minutes' drive away.
- Nearest airport: Paris Beauvais, about 40 minutes' drive away.
