Welcome to this atypical house full of character, semi-troglodyte, ideally located between the Loire and the hillsides of Amboise. Nestled in a quiet area while remaining close to the city centre, it is an ideal starting point to discover the Loire Valley castles and the wine estates for which the region is famous.
⚠️ Important – specificity of the accommodation:
This house is partly semi-troglodyte, which gives it a unique charm and an authentic experience. The part dug into the rock benefits from a naturally cool temperature, which is particularly pleasant in summer. However, this space may also have a slight humidity, inherent to this type of traditional housing. This singularity will not suit all travellers, but will seduce those looking for an original stay
As soon as you arrive, you will enjoy a small outdoor courtyard giving access to the ground floor. You will discover a completely renovated, custom-made kitchen, integrated into the semi-troglodyte part. It is equipped with everything you need: fridge, oven, hob, filter coffee machine and a large worktop for comfortable cooking.
The second part of the house welcomes a warm stay, ideal for relaxing and sharing convivial moments.
- Upstairs, a landing leads to:a large double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a single bed and an office space, perfect for teleworking.
- On the last level, you will find a third double bedroom with direct access to the garden. The latter is equipped to enjoy outdoor dining
